Does anyone know how effective the ‘Just Sweat’ section of Just Dance is? or Just Dance in general, I have so much to do at the minute and am finding it very hard to find enough time to go to the gym, but i can fit in Just Dance every day for 30 minutes - 1 hour. I just wondered if it would have any effect?
If anyone has an opinion I would really appreciate it (:
